How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Undriving Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Undriving Tree Service
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Undriving Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@undriving.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
